Le droit constitutionnel colombien à géométrie variable

Abstract : What is the new Latin American constitutionalism about? Integrating is perhaps the phenomenon that best explains the historical journey of Latin American constitutional democracies to enforce the international law of human rights. The adoption of constitutional clauses that provide for the supremacy of international human rights law over national law and the place of constitutional courts in the control of constitutionality generated the conditions for the construction of instruments designed for that purpose, the Colombian constitutionality block is an example of this integration, its evolution and its constitutional value is at the center of the analysis.
