Résumé

Anodic or cathodic redissoln. electrochem. sensors for the in-​situ detection of elements in trace amts., such as heavy metals, in industrial wastewater or drinking water systems are described. Sensors are described which comprise a housing, a working electrode, a counter-​electrode, an electrolytic chamber contg. an electrolyte, a ref. electrode in contact with the electrolyte. The sensor is characterized in that the working electrode and the counter-​electrode are borne by a holder that is removably attached to the housing. By virtue of the removable holder, the sensor may be restored easily and at low cost in the event of degrdn. of its working electrode. Addnl., the electrolyte may be changed without risk of contaminating the working electrode.
