Icp-ms: Revue des applications a la speciation des elements traces dans les milieux aquatiques et biologiques: Icp-ms, a review: Applications to speciation of trace elements in aquatic and biological environments
Résumé
The speciation of organometallic compounds using Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) as a detector is reviewed. Two different methodologies have been developped: Separative extraction and liquid or gas chromatography, coupled with ICP-MS. The main experimental conditions described in each paper are listed. Selectivity of the methods, detection limits, Chromatographic parameters, experimental conditions of ICP-MS and interferences are discussed.
